Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation seeks an energized Community Development Officer, who will be instrumental in planning, developing and executing community programs and building partnerships in the Aboriginal community.
Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation is small, not for profit organisation located in Melton South. Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation provides services to the local Aboriginal communities in Melton and surrounding areas. At Kirrip we respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of the Aboriginal land on which we gather. Through our community at Kirrip we will continue to build a respectful and honest place for our community to gather, and continue the work of those that came before us, our ancestors and elders to create a better future for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander People.
Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation has a strong Committee of Management (COM) which is responsible for strategic direction and decides on policies for the organisation. Executive Officer is responsible for the employment and supervision of the Community Development Officer.
